Linda Wellman has proudly earned the globally recognized Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, demonstrating advanced expertise in marketing and representing luxury properties. Her background in design, combined with training in Feng Shui and home staging, provides clients with valuable insight when preparing a home for sale and creating an inviting first impression for prospective buyers.

Prior to joining The Wellman Team full-time, Linda enjoyed a successful 20-year career with GL Homes, representing new construction communities throughout Palm Beach County. Originally from Roselle, New Jersey, she studied Fashion Design at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City. Early in her career, she created her own fashion label, Rogo Designs, along with a women's golf apparel line, Golfteeque by Rogo, experiences that developed the creativity and attention to detail she now brings to every listing.

Linda is also an Airbnb Superhost, giving her firsthand experience in presenting homes to maximize appeal and create memorable guest experiences. She enjoys providing complimentary staging guidance, furniture placement ideas, landscape enhancement suggestions, and presentation strategies that help every home showcase its full potential.
