Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Harold Wellman was raised in Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Central Michigan University. Before beginning his successful real estate career, he directed the athletic programs for the City of Pompano Beach, where he developed the leadership and communication skills that continue to benefit his clients today.

With more than 39 years of real estate experience, Harold has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional market knowledge throughout Palm Beach County. Earlier in his career, he represented several of South Florida's premier builders, including GL Homes, Lennar, D.R. Horton, and Vintage Homes, providing him with extensive expertise in new construction and builder sales.

Harold is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has served as the exclusive listing agent for GL Homes' Quick Delivery Homes in the Valencia communities and Vintage Homes' Quick Delivery Homes in Tivoli Lakes. His experience provides buyers and sellers with valuable insight into both new construction and resale opportunities.

An avid boater since the age of five, Harold has extensive knowledge of South Florida's waterways, marinas, and waterfront properties, making him a valuable resource for boating enthusiasts. He is also an experienced golfer familiar with many of Palm Beach County's premier golf communities and is currently pursuing his private pilot's license, reflecting his passion for aviation and South Florida's fly-in lifestyle.
