LANDSCAPE DESIGN Tropical lush landscaping was installed as well as a 4-zone sprinkler system for the whole yard managed with smart controller. They installed dramatic landscaping lighting both front and back yards. There is a 4' x 6' shed behind cottage and two garden sheds on the back side of the house for storage. The owner recently installed the beautiful new paver driveway in 2024. The property is completely fenced with custom powder-coated aluminum fencing in the front for a decorative look plus a security gate at the entry and 6' vinyl fencing for privacy in the rest of the property. The cottage has a full kitchen that was also updated with a glass top 24" stove and French Door refrigerator. In addition to the laundry room in the main house, there is a hook-up in the cottage for a washer/dryer combo unit. The high efficiency mini-split HVAC system in the cottage was also replaced last year.
