The community includes a clubhouse, a 60' x 30' heated pool, an exercise room, a library room, and a community room. Sports activities include bocce ball, pickleball and tennis. INCLUDED in your 2022 monthly condo fee of $395 are fully funded reserves, water & sewer and basic cable.
