It cannot be and can not say "SECURITY DEPOSIT" or just "DEPOSIT". 3)The last month's rent and the security deposit are due at the lease commencement walk-thru. It must be a local cashiers check (or 2 separate checks- one marked last month rent and the other marked security deposit) made payable to the LANDLORD. We will NOT accept a check that is made out to Coldwell Banker OR if the landlord's name is spelled incorrectly. Please provide 2 photocopies of the cashiers check. 4)You will NOT be paid your co-op commission at the time of lease commencement walk-thru. Coldwell Banker will not release any commissions until i've documented that the lease has commenced - including a copy of the cashiers check and any other documents that still need signatures at lease commencement.
