The Pines of Delray was built in 13 phases from 1974-1979. The legal description will indicate ONE to THIRTEEN after the word "Delray". The higher the number the newer the building is. So for example if the legal is Pines of Delray ONE that means it was built in 1974-1975. Most of these 1st phase buildings will have a Del Aire, Del Aire Blvd or Silk Oak Terrace address. However, MLS listings continue to show units with these aforementioned addresses as having been built in 1977, 1978 and even 1979.(Only the last 2 buildings #29 and #30 were built in 1979).
