All Pines of Delray units have a NUMBER between ONE(1) to THIRTEEN(13) in their legal description after the word "Delray". Any legal description with a ONE(1) thru ELEVEN(11) are pre-1978 construction and need a LBPD. This property is in PINES OF DELRAY 12 CONDOMINIUM so it is one of few actually built in 1978 and not before. 4)The approval application fee is $100/couple or $100/single as Florida Statute prohibits condo associations from charging a buyer more than a $100 FEE for any and all items involved in the transfer of title to a condominium property. 5) No pets are allowed except for up to 2 indoor cats and quiet birds. 6) The permissible vehicles are automobiles, SUVs, sports utility vehicles,motorcycles AND small non-commercial personal pick-up trucks with no visible tools, no visible equipment and no lock boxes in the "bed" of the truck. . 7) Any unit with a Federal Pacific electrical panel must be replaced either by the current owner or the new purchaser. 8) Any unit with a pre-2006 water heater should have it replaced by the owner or the new purchaser or they likely will be deemed negligent if there is any water leakage effecting any other unit in building. 9) A unit owner needs to obtain their own HO-6 "walls-in" homeowners insurance policy - which also includes personal liability.
