(6) The vast majority of buildings in the community were built between 1974 - 1977. Only a handful of buildings were built in 1978 and they are located on either Orange Terrace or Citrus Way. NO other streets have a building that was built in 1978. (7)The Pines of Delray prohibits and requires replacement of electrical panels manufactured by either Federal Pacific, Zinsco or Sylvania. The association also requires replacement of hot water heaters that are past their life expectancy stated by the manufacturer. This can range from between 12-15 years. (8)No smoking is permitted within 50 feet of a building. This means no smoking on catwalks, front door stoops or in the open front patio area of #101 and #104 units. (9)No business can be run out of an apartment that involves customers or clients coming to the apartment or onto the common grounds. Also prohibited is any type of home business that utilizes excess water or creates noise. (10)Title to a property cannot be taken in a corporate name (including LLCs, business trusts or business partnerships). Deeds in the name of a family trust or a life estate are fine.
