The Wellman Team is simply awesome. We’ve bought 2 homes and sold 1 with them as our agent. On the sell side, they screened buyers, brought in their own accents and decorations for staging, and redesigned our front landscaping for better first impression impact. They also featured our home in Wellington Magazine, created an extensive video marketing campaign, hit social media, hosted open houses and sold our home at listing price in a reasonable time. On the buying side, Linda and Harold tailored viewings based on our preferences, they never wasted our time with garbage viewings. We got into see every home we requested (often same day, if not next day) with Linda and Harold providing comps, neighborhood info, and thoughts on valuation for offer. As a bonus, Linda has a background in interior design and landscaping, and has twice offered free design services after buying.
