On the NE side units of the building, the concrete and balcony restoration is to begin after the winter months in April 2015. The balconies on the 04 stack (the interior south side of the building) where Corniche 1604 is located are not in the plan to be worked on at this time. Once the present balconies work on the SE Side of the building is completed no further work is going to be done on the south side of the building except the tennis court and garage. Sometime in April, or shortly after that, the restoration of the expansion joints to the underground garage will begin. The work will be done in phases beginning with the tennis court first, the south parking and then the north parking. The pool and beach access and BBQ areas and access to all of these areas will be fully functional. The upgrades to those recreation areas are already completed. There will be no construction in that area or that part of the building nor is there any foreseeable work to be done.
